Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ageefy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
ageefy is a browser-based identity verification service that uses on-device AI to perform face detection, liveness checks, and age/gender estimation. The service is provided free of charge with no subscription, usage limits, or hidden fees.
3. Data Retention
Verification session records — including session IDs, status, and estimated age/gender results — are retained for a maximum of 24 hours and are then automatically and permanently deleted. No images, video, audio, or raw biometric data of any kind is stored at any point. All AI processing takes place entirely within the user's browser; no camera frames or audio are ever transmitted to our servers.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
ageefy provides age and gender estimations based on on-device machine learning models. These estimations are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as definitive proof of identity, age, or any other personal characteristic. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the correctness of any verification result.
5. Limitation of Liability
ageefy and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on verification results. You use the service at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when implementing age verification on your platform.
6. Free Service
The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing, change service availability, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use ageefy in ways that violate applicable law, infringe on the rights of third parties, or attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service infrastructure. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from users before initiating a verification session.
